Human Trafficking Prevention for Healthcare Personnel Course

Advanced Health Education Center is excited to announce our 1-hour Human Trafficking Prevention for Healthcare Personnel Course has reached phase 2 of the 3-phase approval process from Texas Health and Human Services. We are thrilled to offer this course to all medical professionals who, in addition to satisfying the requirements from the Texas Medical Board, will receive either Category A or Category 1 credit for the completion of this course. We have been working diligently to create and make the class affordable and easily accessible to all medical professionals. We do not require membership of any kind to register, and we are proud to be able to offer this in time for the Texas Medical Board August renewals. Currently, there is a tentative broadcast date of June 2021.

The Human Trafficking Prevention course will be taught by Damon Jackson, who has over 20 years of experience in classroom and hands-on instruction, over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, and has been a long-time faculty member at Advanced Health Education Center. Everyone who has attended a course presented by Damon knows about the passion and enthusiasm he brings to his courses, and we are confident he has created a comprehensive course that will be both informative and captivating for all healthcare professionals.
